The data from the study show that scale deposits have a great impact on the loss of heat transfer, and that cryogenic tanks will increase energy costs as deposits increase. Even a thin layer of scale increases the operating cost of more than 40% of the fouling portion of the equipment.

Keeping the cooling channels free of mineral deposits can improve efficiency, save energy, and extend the life of the equipment, while saving production time and costs.

The vacuum powder storage tank is a double-layered cylindrical structure, the inner cylinder and its piping are made of austenitic stainless steel, the outer casing is made of carbon steel, and the interlayer is filled with expanded perlite (also known as pearl sand) and a specially treated adsorbent is provided. It is pumped into a high vacuum (0.5 to 6 Pa) and has a capacity of 200 m3 or less. The working pressure is high (the working pressure of the two storage tanks in the four workshops is 2.0 Mpa), and there is a gasifier outside the tank, which can make the pressure boost in the tank easy to charge, and can directly send the pressure gas. According to the application, it can be divided into fixed type and transport type. The fixed type is mainly used for the storage of cryogenic liquid. It is installed at the place of production, use point or supply station of cryogenic liquid. The transport type transports low temperature liquid from the production place or supply station. The point of use, often in the form of land transport, water transport, etc., they are called tank trucks, trailers and tankers.

The atmospheric pressure powder storage tank is a flat-bottom double-layer structure, the inner tank is made of stainless steel, the outer shell is made of carbon steel, the inner tank is filled with medium, the interlayer between the inner liner and the outer shell forms a cold-keeping space, and the inner shell of the inner tank is a flat bottom structure, and the tank top is The shape of the ball is missing. The inner layer of the inner casing and the bottom of the outer casing are insulated by foam glass bricks, the interlayer is insulated with pearl sand, and the outer casing is provided with a rotating disk ladder, and the top of the tank has an operating platform and a safety guard rail. The capacity is more than 200m3, and the largest in the country is 2000m3, which is far from the foreign countries. The working pressure is low, about 34KPa ∽40Kpa, and the Liquid Oxygen Storage Tank can also be used as the oxygen peaking gas supply when the filling is based on the liquid pump or the liquid level difference. When the oxygen generator is temporarily stopped or the oxygen pressure is low, it is used by pumping. After being pressed, it is vaporized and sent to the pipe network through a vaporizer.
