Material characteristics: The material characteristics of pressure vessels affect and determine the corrosion resistance level of pressure vessels. The corrosion rate will be affected by the crystal structure density and oxidative interference of the surface metal objects. The higher the crystal structure density, the rougher the surface, the larger the crystal pores, the deeper the service substance, and the more prone to the corrosion reaction.

External environment: The internal and external environment of the pressure vessel will directly affect its anticorrosive performance. There are many types of reagents carried in pressure vessels, and the cost of substances contained in them is high. A small amount of corrosive materials, such as acidic materials and alkaline materials, are unavoidable. These components are likely to cause corrosion in pressure vessels. This is the aging process of low temperature storage tanks. The speed of the aging process of low temperature storage tanks is usually related to the manufacturing process. Compared with laying a layer of felt and a layer of cloth to form a low-temperature storage tank, the low-temperature storage tank with glass fiber as a whole has great benefits. Naturally, the anti-aging performance is greatly improved compared with the low-temperature storage tank with hand-laid low temperature.

The anti-aging treatment of the outer surface of the low-temperature storage tank is also critical. Years of experience have shown that we use resin plus UV absorber to coat the outer layer of the tank, which also has a good anti-aging effect.

If the low-temperature storage tank loses its effectiveness, it will not only affect the contents stored in the tank, but also increase the overall operating cost of the enterprise due to replacement and maintenance of equipment. 1. Improve the external environment

2. Add and select a suitable corrosion inhibitor

The appearance of the container metal plus an appropriate amount of corrosion inhibitor can effectively improve its anti-corrosion level and reduce the corrosion rate. Compared with other anticorrosive processes, the cost of adding corrosion inhibitors are low and the effect is obvious. Especially for controlling chemical corrosion and electrochemical reaction corrosion, it has achieved targeted results.
