Product Overview

CRYO-TECH's Cryogenic Regasification & Filling Station is a fully integrated system designed for efficient conversion of cryogenic liquids (LN₂, LO₂, LAr) into high-pressure gas and subsequent filling into cylinders. Combining advanced cryogenic pumps, vaporizers, and automated controls, this station ensures safe, precise, and cost-effective gas distribution for industrial, medical, and energy applications.

Process Flow

  1. Storage: Cryogenic liquids are stored in vacuum-insulated tanks at -196°C.
  2. Pressurization: Cryogenic pumps increase liquid pressure to 15 – 30 MPa.
  3. Vaporization: Ambient / electric vaporizers convert liquid to gas.
  4. Filling: Automated filling stations charge cylinders with precise pressure / volume control.
  5. Safety: Overpressure relief valves and emergency shutdown systems ensure operator protection.
